Kincaid Law KC, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company, was founded in February 2016 by Matthew T. Kincaid to serve the legal needs of existing businesses as well as entrepreneurs striving for success. The firm’s original name was “Kincaid Business & Entrepreneurial Law, LLC”. A strategic rebrand occurred in May of 2024. As a small but established Kansas City-based law firm, we now provide many valuable legal services to numerous clients.
Since our founding, the firm has placed an emphasis on client convenience, efficiency, and service. One of our goals has been to remove some of the sticking points associated with traditional law practice, such as scheduling challenges, long turnaround times, slow communication, and difficulty in meeting with counsel. We are pleased to report that our efforts have been largely successful. While we continue to grow and improve, our clients have provided overwhelmingly positive feedback thus far.

Our office is located in the beautiful Park Place development in Leawood, Kansas: 5251 West 116th Place, Suite 200, Leawood, Kansas 66211. Park Place is an upscale, mixed-use development that boasts fine dining, artisanal boutiques, an ice skating rink, and much more. While our physical office is nice, we also enjoy working with clients virtually. Virtual meetings may come in the form of a simple phone call or through the use of Zoom or Google Meet.

Kincaid Law KC has made an impact for its clients. While we cannot share specifics because of the duty of confidentiality and attorney-client privilege, we are permitted to provide a generic overview. The firm has helped accomplish the following since its inception in 2016:
